Fisher ’14 Named Truman Scholar

Robert Fisher, a member of the Institute’s class of 2014, has been named a 2014 Truman Scholar by the Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation.  Fisher attends the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he maintains a 4.0 GPA as a Political Science major and History minor.
