In 2016, with the support of the John M. Belk Endowment, the Institute launched The Charlotte Collegiate Institute. Today, it continues to serve some of the most talented students from colleges and universities in the Charlotte metro area. We have added Collegiate Institutes in Atlanta, Durham, Greensboro, and New York.
We created the Collegiate Institutes to engage with more students than we can accomodate in Washington every summer. For over two decades, we’ve seen the impact that can be made when you bring together talented college students and provide them with support, mentorship, networking opportunities, leadership development, and so much more.
Collegiate Institutes build on that model to create comprehensive academic yearlong programs that include:

While each program takes advantage of the special characteristics of its location, all programming takes place during the academic year on Saturdays.
